Pavonine Media works behind the scenes as an extension of your agency’s planning and execution team. We support agencies that need access to mobile OOH inventory without independently coordinating trailer sourcing, creative production, wrap installation, carrier relationships, route documentation, GPS tracking, and ongoing supervision.
Our role is to make the mobile component of your campaign easier to plan, execute, monitor, and report.
Pavonine respects the agency-client relationship. We do not seek to replace the agency’s strategic role or interfere with established client relationships.
Our responsibility is to execute the mobile OOH portion of the campaign with professionalism, accountability, and operational discipline.
Depending on the engagement structure, Pavonine can work directly with the agency, collaborate with approved client stakeholders, or support the campaign as a specialized execution partner.
Confidentiality and communication protocols can be established before campaign details, creative materials, route requirements, or client information are exchanged.

Integrated national media plans
Pavonine can support campaigns ranging from concentrated regional deployments to coordinated national programs involving as many as 50 mobile media units, subject to route, inventory, production, and scheduling availability.
The agency provides campaign objectives, proposed markets, desired launch date, campaign duration, anticipated number of units, and available creative direction.
Pavonine evaluates available inventory and established routes against the campaign's geographic priorities. Additional regional inventory may be explored based on scope, timing, and availability.
Pavonine prepares a recommended deployment structure addressing unit count, markets, timing, production requirements, tracking, reporting, and projected investment.
The agency may provide approved, production-ready creative or work with Pavonine to adapt artwork to required trailer specifications. Final creative remains subject to production and operational review.
Once agreement, payment, artwork, inventory, and routes are approved, Pavonine coordinates wrap production, installation, unit assignment, and deployment — generally 30 to 45 days.
Participating units operate along approved commercial routes and campaign markets. Pavonine monitors deployment and provides GPS-enabled asset visibility and route documentation.
Agency stakeholders receive structured documentation summarizing deployment activity, participating units, routes, campaign timing, and contracted reporting deliverables.
Enterprise campaigns require more than photographs and promises. Pavonine provides documented campaign execution.
Advanced audience-measurement and location-intelligence services are currently under development and are not included as standard campaign capabilities. Future services may include aggregated audience analysis, geofenced measurement, location-based attribution, and additional exposure reporting — subject to approved technology partners, market coverage, campaign scope, and applicable privacy requirements.
Every agency operates differently. Pavonine can establish a communication structure that fits the specific engagement.
Any white-label requirements, ownership of work product, confidentiality provisions, or restrictions on direct client communication must be documented in the campaign agreement before work begins.
